The Included exists for people to share with their chosen circles in a safe, respectful space. By creating an account and using the service, you agree to these terms. Breaking them can lead to content removal, suspension, or a permanent ban — and, where the law requires, referral to the authorities.

1. Respect other people

• No bullying, harassment, threats, or intimidation of any kind.
• No hate speech or content that attacks or demeans people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any similar characteristic.
• No doxxing or sharing of other people's private information without consent.

2. Nothing illegal

• No illegal behaviour, and no content that promotes, plans, or facilitates it.
• No buying, selling, advertising, or arranging the trade of illegal drugs or controlled substances.
• No weapons or firearms trade, and no trade in stolen, counterfeit, or fraudulently obtained goods.
• No fraud, scams, money laundering, or other financial crime.

3. Keep content clean

• No nude or sexually explicit images or videos.
• No sexual content involving minors of any kind — this is reported immediately.
• No graphic violence, gore, or content that glorifies self-harm.

4. Respect ownership and consent

• Only post content you have the right to share.
• Do not repost or republish someone else's posts without their consent. Doing so may result in a ban and, where applicable, legal action.

5. Keep the platform safe

• No spam, malware, phishing, or attempts to hack, probe, or disrupt the service or its users.
• No impersonation of other people or organisations.
• No automated scraping or bulk collection of other users' data.

6. Enforcement

Administrators may remove content and suspend or permanently ban accounts that break these rules. Automated checks flag potential threats for review. Serious or illegal violations may be reported to law enforcement. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use means you accept the current version.
